Lee Raymond has a diverse work experience in the chemical industry. Lee started their career as a Credit Control Specialist at BP in 1989, before moving on to work as a Chemical Process Technician at DuPont in 1993. Lee then joined Celanese as a Senior Chemical Process Technician in 1996, and later transitioned to Eastman in 1998 as an Area 2 Lead Principal Process Team Leader. Throughout their career, Lee has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex issues.

Lee Raymond completed their secondary education at Nan Chiau High School, obtaining their GCE "O" Levels in 1988. Lee has also obtained various certifications throughout their career, including workplace safety, construction, safe management, managing work at height, industrial firefighting, risk management, process safety, boiler attendance, team workshop, teambuilding, emergency response training, confined space safety assessment, hazmat training, basic cardiac life support, respiratory training, hearing protection training, firefighting refreshers, and hazard checklist training.
