Ariana Lujan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ariana began their career at the Food & Agribusiness Institute at Santa Clara University as a Marketing and Events Coordinator from September 2009 to June 2011. Ariana then joined Target in June 2010, where they initially served as a Store Executive Intern for three months before becoming a Campus Recruitment Liaison for Santa Clara University from September 2010 to July 2011. Ariana then transitioned to the role of Executive Team Leader - Human Resources at Target from August 2011 to May 2015.
In 2015, Ariana joined Eastridge Workforce Solutions, starting as an Operations Manager for their Workforce Recruitment division focused on Construction & Renewable Energy. Ariana then progressed to the role of Director of Operations from March 2016 to January 2019, overseeing workforce recruitment for construction and renewable energy projects. From January 2019 to January 2020, they served as an Area Manager, accelerating and simplifying the hiring process for construction clients across North America. From February 2020 to October 2021, Ariana held the position of Director of Business Services, specializing in workforce management and payrolling. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Workforce Management, Payrolling, and Employer of Record Services at Eastridge Workforce Solutions.
Ariana Lujan has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business. Ariana also attended Villanova Preparatory School but did not obtain a degree there. In addition to their education, Ariana has certifications in OSHA 30 from ClickSafety, obtained in 2015, and Certified Food Safety Manager from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP), obtained in August 2011.
