Samantha Capilla

Samantha Capilla has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Samantha started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Smiths Medical, where they assisted with HR records, payrolling, and employee profile updates. Samantha then moved on to MediExcel Health Plan, where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist, responsible for recruiting and interviewing candidates for professional and operational positions. Following that, Samantha worked as an English Teacher at IRK before joining Eastridge Workforce Solutions. At Eastridge, Samantha quickly rose through the ranks, starting as a Staffing Associate and eventually becoming an Associate Recruiter and Recruiting Team Lead. In their current role, they recruit candidates in the manufacturing field for companies across the US and in Mexico. Samantha's experience includes sourcing, selecting, interviewing, and submitting candidates to clients.

Samantha Capilla obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California between 2012 and 2016.
