Kendra Cruzalegui

Kendra Cruzalegui is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Eastridge Workforce Solutions and has held the position of Sr. Vice President at Volt Information Sciences since June 1996. With a background in Human Resources management, Kendra has experience overseeing HR operations, aligning strategies with business objectives, and managing all facets of HR including coaching, compensation, and compliance. Prior to their current roles, Kendra also served as a Human Resources Manager at Phoenician International Shipping Company. Kendra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society of Human Resources Management.
