David Chauncey has extensive experience in pastoral leadership, currently serving as Lead Pastor at Eastside Baptist Church since September 2004. Prior to this role, David Chauncey was the Senior Pastor at First Baptist Church of Suffolk, VA from January 2000 to August 2004. David Chauncey holds a Doctor of Ministry degree in Apologetics from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, which was completed between 1996 and 1999, and a Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, earned from 1988 to 1991.
