Acca Shi Zhao Phua

Shi Zhao Phua, ACCA, has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as an Account Executive at Oclaner Asset Management, where they handled full sets of accounts, budgeting, tax matters, and MAS reporting. From 2014 to 2018, they held various positions at Tullett Prebon, including Financial Accountant, where they managed reporting, forecasting, and analysis of P&L variances for financial instruments/products. In 2019, they joined ABN AMRO Clearing Bank as a Financial Accountant, overseeing finance RPA projects and providing input and training to improve efficiency and accuracy. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Aviva Investors as a Finance Manager, where they managed the Finance System Migration project, coordinating global teams and shared services. Currently, Shi Zhao Phua is a Senior Finance Manager at Eastspring Investments, starting in 2023.

Shi Zhao Phua, ACCA, holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, which was obtained in the year 2010. Prior to this, Shi Zhao Phua completed a Diploma in Business Informatics with a major in Information Technology from Nanyang Polytechnic, from the years 2002 to 2005.

In addition to the formal education, Shi Zhao Phua has earned various certifications. These include being a Chartered Accountant Singapore from the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), obtained in the year 2016. Furthermore, Shi Zhao Phua is an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) member, having obtained this certification in the year 2008.
