Heather Lake

Heather Lake is a certified personal trainer and the owner of New Creation Fitness Counseling. Heather also has experience as a Worship Administrative Assistant at Eastview Christian Church and as a Residential Program Director at Catalyst Ministries - International. Additionally, Heather worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where Heather conducted academic research projects in the Child Development Laboratory. Heather holds a Master of Science in Human Development and Family Studies, a Master of Social Work in Social Work, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
