Catherine Joy Camat

Catherine Joy Camat has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Governance and Compliance Manager at East West Banking Corporation since September 2011. During their tenure at the bank, Catherine has held multiple leadership roles, including Department Head for HR Programs and Policies and Technical Competencies. Prior to this, Catherine spent 14 years at Accenture, taking on various positions such as HR Specialist and Senior Analyst in HR staffing and business partnership. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from De La Salle University, earned in 1997.
