Scott Carlin

As the Vice President of Sales, Scott brings an extensive background and specific experience in Enterprise (SaaS) Sales. With over 20 years of experience ranging from start up organizations like InstantService to a long tenure at Oracle where he was recently the Vice President of Diversified Industries for the CX Service Team covering US and Canada. Scott has a maniacal focus on creating strategic partnerships with customers where value is perceived and recognized on both sides of the table. Unique to a typical Sales professional Scott holds an Omni Channel patent from him past role as Vice President of Sales for InstantService. Scott was a US History major at UMBC and a member of the Division 1 Lacrosse Team, that passion has carried over to coaching at both the youth and HS level here in the State of Washington. Scott enjoys being with his kids and dog in his free time, playing golf, skiing and wine tasting.
