Andrus F Jimmy

Andrus F Jimmy has a diverse range of work experience, spanning from 2004 to present. Andrus F started their career as a Psycho Animator at ENFANTS REFUGIES DU MONDE PAYS DE LOIRE, where they supported the improvement of the psycho-social well-being of refugee children. Andrus F then worked at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) as an Accountant, Administrative Assistant, and Assistant Head of Delegation/Senior Secretary, providing administrative and operational support to the delegation.

Andrus then joined Plan International as a Country Logistics Officer, where they coordinated procurement, logistics, facility management, contracts/legal issues, and general administration. Andrus F also supported the training of logisticians and staff on procurement methods and policies. After that, they worked at FHI 360/USAID - LTTP as an Operations Associate, leading the strategic management of operational functions and teams for the USAID-funded Liberia Teachers Training Program. This included overseeing logistics, warehouse management, vehicle management, and facility coordination.

Andrus F then served as a Base Manager at International Rescue Committee, where they facilitated efficient coordination of health, wash, and protection activities. Andrus later became the Head of Base at Danish Refugee Council / Dansk Flygtningehjælp, where they provided leadership and oversight for field office programs and operational support departments.

Andrus then joined Partners In Health as a Clinical Operations Officer, working on the front lines of healthcare delivery by troubleshooting and expediting the functioning of health facilities and systems. Most recently, they are working at RTI International as a Regional Operations Manager, overseeing activities in three counties and facilitating collaboration with relevant authorities for effective program delivery. Andrus F is currently an Operations Manager at Easy Solar.

Andrus F Jimmy began their education in 2002 at the Kountaya Technical Education Center (KOUN-TEC), where they earned a Certificate of Proficiency in Computer and Secretarial Sciences in 2003. Andrus F then pursued their Bachelor of Science in Public Administration at African Methodist Episcopal Zion University from 2010 to 2014.

In recent years, Andrus has returned to their studies and is currently enrolled in the University of the People. Andrus F is working towards a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, they are also pursuing a second MBA degree in the same field at the same university, with an anticipated completion date after 2021.
