Athicha (Ice) Soothiphan

Athicha Soothiphan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Athicha started their career at DHL as a Marketing intern in 2014. Athicha then moved on to ORENBURG Manpower Service Limited where they worked as a Recruitment Consultant from 2015 to 2016. After that, they joined GetLinks as a Talent Acquisition Executive in 2016, where they were responsible for recruiting and employee branding. Athicha later took on roles such as Business Development Executive, Senior Business Development Executive, and Account Manager at GetLinks. In 2018, they transitioned to Sunday, where they held positions such as Senior People and Culture Associate, People and Culture Lead, and currently serves as the Regional Lead for People and Culture.

Athicha Soothiphan obtained a Mini Master degree in HR Management from Chulalongkorn University in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Management) from Shinawatra University, completing their studies from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Athicha Soothiphan obtained a certification in Organizational Culture 101 from BrightSide People Co., Ltd in September 2020.
