Teerapipat Phatrat has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Teerapipat began their career as a Cabin Crew at Asian Air Co., Ltd. where they prioritized passenger and crew safety while delivering excellent service onboard. Following this, they worked as an HRM Officer at Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited, handling a range of HR functions including recruiting, training, and benefits administration. Teerapipat then moved into the recruitment industry, working as a Career Advisor at Reeracoen Recruitment Co., Ltd., where they actively recruited candidates for clients and provided consultation services. Teerapipat further honed their recruitment skills as a Senior Consultant at EPS Consultants, establishing new accounts, developing relationships with clients, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes. As a Volunteer at Techsauce, they supported the Business Matching zone and filled in for staff within their assigned zone. Teerapipat later joined HRnet One as a Consultant specializing in Technology & e-Commerce, actively engaging in the market and assisting clients in finding the right talent. Teerapipat also served as a Curator at TEDxKasetsartU, contributing to event planning and coordination. Prior to their current role, Teerapipat was a Senior Consultant at ANCOR Thailand, where they provided talent consultancy services, analyzed the market, and collaborated with key accounts to grow the business. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition at Sunday, where they are responsible for overseeing talent acquisition activities.

Teerapipat Phatrat attended Kasetsart University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs. In 2022, they started studying as a language student at National Taiwan Normal University, specializing in Chinese Language and Culture.
