Bahadır Taştan has held several roles throughout their work experience. Bahadır started their career as a Montaj Elemanı at Toyota Boshoku Türkiye in September 2019, but left the company after a month. Bahadır then worked as an Asansör bakım onarım işçisi at Artı asansör from October 2020 to February 2021. Afterwards, they joined EASYCEP in September 2021 as a Cihaz test uzmanı until October 2022. Bahadır then transitioned to the role of Category and Pricing Specialist at the same company from November 2022 to February 2023. Currently, Bahadır is working as a Product Owner at EASYCEP starting from March 2023.

Bahadır Taştan completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sakarya University, studying from 2016 to 2023. Prior to that, they attended Kara Harp Okulu from 2015 to 2016, where they pursued a Licentiate degree in Mathematics. In 2014 to 2015, Bahadır studied Mechanical Engineering at Karabuk University, completing another Licentiate degree.
