Steve Carnahan has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Steve began their career in 1999 as a Support Supervisor at Percipia. In 2007, they were promoted to Support Supervisor, where they supervised between 5 and 10 telecommunications technicians and 2 helpdesk personnel. In 2008, they moved to DOCOMO interTouch Pte. Ltd. as a Customer Support Manager, where they supervised a staff of ten Support Engineers and help desk personnel and provided Tier I, II and III support for a customer base of 150 and field technicians on a 24/7 basis. In 2010, they became an Owner-Partner at Hospitality Phone Systems Inc. In 2012, they joined iQ Solutions Group, LLC. as a Client Services Manager, where they collaborated to lead a team of internal, partner, and client resources to provide pre and post-implementation support, and conducted Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with client stakeholders. In 2021, they began their current role as Client Services Manager at EasyIT: Managed IT Services.

Steve Carnahan obtained an Associates degree in Computer Information Systems from Kaplan University between 2004 and 2006. From 1987 to 1998, they were in the US ARMY, studying Electronics. In October 2017, they earned the ICCE Interaction Center Certified Engineer certification from Genesys and, in October 2016, they obtained the PCP PureCloud Core Professional certification from Genesys.
