Laia Parellada is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in payroll and labor relations across various companies. Currently serving as HR Manager for easyJet in Spain and Portugal since October 2024, Laia previously held positions such as Head of Payroll and Labour Relations at Wallbox Chargers and People & Culture Market Company Spain – R&D at Almirall. Additional experience includes Corporate Area Manager at Almirall SA, Payroll & Labor Relations Specialist at Covidien Spain, and Payroll Specialist at Rosclar, S.L.
