Director of Engineering at EasyKnock

Brock Arnold has a comprehensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Brock is currently the Director of Engineering at EasyKnock since 2022. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2022, Brock worked at MTRX, where they served as the CTO and Co-founder. During this time, they contributed to the development of a new spatial awareness and security platform for food manufacturers and led the implementation of a React native mobile ecological momentary assessment tool. Brock also drove growth and innovation for a new population health-focused company and introduced a new COVID-19 wellness platform.

Before MTRX, Brock held positions at EcoHealth Alliance. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the Director of Engineering, leading a team responsible for implementing a Department of Defense award. Brock also oversaw engineering and technical programs and drove technical innovation across the organization's product portfolio. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Lead and Senior Software Developer at the same company, leading the development of the Global Rapid Identification Tool System (GRITS) biosurveillance application.

Earlier in their career, Brock was a Senior Software Engineer at Cargotel, contributing to frontend web and mobile development projects. Brock also worked at Activate Networks, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed analytic software for healthcare businesses and worked as a full stack developer.

Brock's earliest experience can be traced back to IBM, where they worked from 2003 to 2013. Brock held various roles in software development, including serving as a technical lead for the Lotus Domino Server Automation Development Team and developing a web client for Cognos TM1.

Throughout their career, Brock has gained proficiency in various technologies, including React, Node.js, Python, TimescaleDB, Postgres, React Native, Express, React, Typescript, Java, QT, AWS, Azure, BicepLang, Meteor, Blaze templates, Jade template engine, Docker, Python, CoffeeScript, Machine learning, Natural language processing, AngularJS, Ionic, Cordova/Phonegap, Bootstrap, Scala, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, AWS, and MySQL. Brock Arnold earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering from Clarkson University, completing their education from 1999 to 2003.
