Lyndsay Ryor has been working in customer service and related roles since 2007. Lyndsay started their career as a Credit Advisor/Inside Sales at Coastal Credit Solutions in 2007. Lyndsay then moved on to become an Administrative Assistant at North Country Prenatal/Perinatal Council in 2009. In 2012, they took on two roles at Stream Global Services, Corporate Salesforce Support Quality Lead and Salesforce Technical Support Agent - Analytics Specialist. In 2013, they became a Cloud Voice Support Engineer at Intermedia Cloud Communications and provided remote support and troubleshooting to Intermedia Hosted VoIP Services customers. In 2018, they became a Senior Customer Service Representative at Hutchinson Plumbing Heating Cooling Energy Services. In 2019, they took on the role of Customer Service Specialist (email and chat) at The Stars Group. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Customer Service Lead at EasyLlama - HR & Compliance Training For Modern Teams.

Lyndsay Ryor obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English - Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they attended the Community College of Vermont from 2003 to 2005, studying Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities. Lyndsay Ryor is currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts - MFA in English - Creative Writing at Southern New Hampshire University.
