Customer Service Representative at EasyPark

Beate Duma has extensive work experience in various roles. Beate currently works as a Customer Service Representative at EasyPark Group since December 2021. Prior to this, they were a Business Owner at house of pinoy foods starting from April 2018. Beate also worked at Telfort Zakelijk as a Klantenservice medewerker from June 2007 to September 2020. In this role, their responsibilities included answering customer calls, performing administrative tasks such as changing bank account numbers and addresses, and responding to emails and letters in correct Dutch.

Beate Duma began their education at Comenius Lyceum from 1995 to 2000, where they completed their high school education. Beate then pursued further studies at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, from 2001 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Media and Informatie Management Propedeuse.
