Roma Biechonska

Roma Biechonska has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2016, they joined Enea S.A. as a Support Specialist in the Audit and Control Department until 2018. Roma then became the Head of the Audit and Control Support Office from 2019 to 2022. In 2022, they worked as a Main Specialist in the Project Coordination Office at the Management of Communal Housing Resources until November. Currently, they are a Business Analyst at EasyPark Group starting in May 2023.

Roma Biechonska is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Poznań, with an expected completion date in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from Collegium Da Vinci in 2012 and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Nicolaus Copernicus University in 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Roma has acquired several certifications. In March 2023, they obtained the "Agile Fundamentals: Including Scrum and Kanban" certification from The BA Guide, as well as "The Complete SQL Bootcamp" certification from Udemy. In February 2023, they earned the "Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering - foundation level" certification from IREB. Prior to that, in January 2023, Roma completed the "Zostań Analitykiem Biznesowym (Become a Business Analyst)" program offered by Sii Poland. It is also worth mentioning that in 2023, they are in the process of obtaining the "Business Analysis Fundamentals" certification from The BA Guide.
