Wendy Harper

Wendy Harper is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at EasyPost. Wendy has over 18 years of experience as a corporate attorney, including serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Weave HQ from March 2021 to May 2022. Prior to that, they were a Principal at EY from March 2013 to March 2021. Wendy began their legal career as an Associate at Latham & Watkins from June 2007 to March 2013, before moving to Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from March 2003 to June 2007. Wendy then spent time at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati from October 2002 to March 2003. Wendy has a wealth of experience in corporate law and is an invaluable asset to EasyPost.

Wendy Harper has a JD from Stanford University Law School and a BA from Northwestern University in English and Philosophy. Wendy is certified from EY in Transformative Leadership Series.

Wendy Harper reports to Ron Harel, CFO. They are on a team with Dave Vantress - Senior Director of Analytics, David Falletta - VP, Finance, and Michelle Hicks - VP, People & Culture.
