Lavanya Madineni

Lavanya Madineni has been working in the Human Resources field since 2015. Lavanya began their career at Nemo IT Solutions as an HR Manager, where they were responsible for recruiting IT professionals, staffing, sourcing, head hunting, and reporting. In 2016, they moved to GD Research Center Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Researcher. In 2017, they returned to HR as an HR Manager at EasyStepIn, managing all HR and Admin activities, payroll, attendance, and leave structure for all employees.

Lavanya Madineni obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University between 2010 and 2014.
