Shalini Nerella

Shalini Nerella has worked in the IT industry since 2013. Shalini began their career at Dell as a System Integration Analyst, where they were responsible for requirement gathering, preparation of documents, providing solutions for assigned issues, developing generic processes, and reviewing test cases and deployment documents. Shalini then moved up to Senior Associate. In 2017, they joined EasyStepIn as the Director of Business Operation and Customer Engagement Head.

Shalini Nerella completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from G.V.P College of Engineering between 2008 and 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Intermediate in MPC from Sri Chaitanya Junior College between 2006 and 2008. Shalini also holds an S.S.C from Kotak Salesian School, which they obtained in 2006. Additionally, Shalini has obtained certifications from Dell Boomi and AWS Developer Certified. The former was obtained in June 2013, while the latter does not have a specified date.
