Lorraine Pfumojena has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lorraine started their career as a Receptionist at SPZ Zimbabwe from September 2010 to February 2013. In this role, they efficiently handled customer inquiries, prepared quotations, and resolved complaints.
Lorraine then moved on to work as an Operations Manager at Matabeleland Rugby Football Board from March 2012 to February 2014. Here, they managed administration, marketing, and organized games and functions. Lorraine also maintained records and ensured financial accountability.
Following that, Lorraine worked as a Head Waitress at Holiday Inn Express from March 2014 to October 2016. Lorraine maintained quality standards, resolved customer problems, and trained new staff on restaurant guidelines.
From June 2017 to May 2020, they held the position of Restaurant Supervisor at SSquared Investment LLC, where they supervised FOH staff, scheduled shifts, and enforced policies and regulations. Lorraine also gained experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at the same company from June 2020 to June 2022. In this role, they managed the restaurant staff, improved employee performance, and maintained compliance with health and safety regulations.
Beginning in June 2022, Lorraine worked as a Customer Success Manager at Spades, where they built strong relationships with partners, gathered feedback, and identified cross-selling opportunities to generate more revenue for the company. Lorraine held this position until December 2022.
Currently, Lorraine is a Senior Customer Success Manager at EasyTip, a position they have held since April 2023.
Lorraine Pfumojena completed their Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the National University of Science and Technology (ZW) between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance, General from St. James High School between 2001 and 2006.
