Samir Jalil has worked in the technical support and service industry since 2008. Samir began their career as a Bartender at Bayards in 2008, before transitioning to Technical Support Manager at Easy Clocking in the same year. In 2019, they took on the role of Technical Support & Service Manager at EasyWorkforce Software. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of managing a team to deliver operational service levels including hiring and supervision, as well as managing the Returns and ticket system.

Samir Jalil attended Antares High School from 2000 to 2005. Samir then attended DeVry University, but did not pursue any degree or field of study. Samir does not have any additional certifications.
