Cheryl R. has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Cheryl began their career in 2008 as a Distribution Manager, Area Sales Manager, and Brand Manager at VEB Sales/New Connects Marketing/Advantage Sales & Marketing. During their time there, they managed 14 recognizable brands and 200+ items, obtaining $70M in current sales with the distributor. Additionally, they implemented a highly successful product promotion strategy that grew same store sales at Natural Grocers by 70% within a 2-year period.

In 2017, Cheryl R. moved on to Teatulia Organic Teas as their National Director of Sales - Grocery. In 2019, they became President of NuNaturals and Brand Manager of OASIS SALES AND MARKETING, LLC. Her most recent role is Distribution Director at Eat the Change, which they began in 2022.

Cheryl R. obtained an Associate's Degree from Eastern Wyoming College between 1990 and 1993.
