Grace Kohn has a varied work experience. In 2016, they were a Summer Camp Counselor at the Muscular Dystrophy Association. In 2017, they were a Summer Intern at Marine Conservation Institute. In 2019, they were a Climate Speakers Network Intern at The Climate Reality Project. In 2020, they were a Research Assistant at Chernoff Lab at Wesleyan University, where they published an article on two new species of miniature silverside fish in Zootaxa Publication (2020) and is currently publishing an article on a new species of Bryconops. Grace was also a Writing Workshop Staff at Wesleyan University, conducting 45-min individual tutoring sessions with students, providing help with brainstorming and development of draft structure, and evaluating essays of all academic genres as a member of the annual essay contest award committee. In 2020, they were also a Field and Laboratory Research Assistant at Georgetown University. In 2022, they will be a Customer Service and Program Officer for Eat the Change Impact, where they will manage inbound outreach, troubleshoot and respond to customer feedback within 24 hours, build customer feedback tracker to measure product feedback and track trends, and provide comprehensive grant management support and build and execute grant selection and award program.

Grace Kohn attended Sidwell Friends School from 2014 to 2018, graduating with a High School degree. Grace then attended Wesleyan University from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelors degree in Environmental Studies, Spanish Language, and Writing.
