Gabriel MacHado Paz

Gabriel Machado Paz is currently the Head of People & Culture at EAT, responsible for creating processes to spread the company's work culture. Prior to this, Gabriel worked as a Gestor de projeto e Líder de Experiência at Equipe HUB, where Gabriel managed projects and analyzed data. Gabriel also has experience as a Vice President at Asset Empresa Júnior de Psicologia, overseeing operations and new product development. With a background in psychology, Gabriel has worked in various internships, including at the Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre and Tribunal de Justiça do RS. Gabriel is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology and Health, focusing on psychosocial processes, health, and development.
