Cristina Flores

Cristina Flores has over 20 years of work experience in various roles, starting as a Compliance Analyst at Clifford Chance LLP in 1999. Cristina then moved to Credit Suisse in 2004, eventually becoming an Assistant Vice President. From 2010 to 2018, they held multiple roles at Eataly, including Director of Purchasing and Assistant General Manager. Cristina'smost recent role was as VP of Product in North America at Eataly, starting in 2018.

Cristina Flores completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Behavior Science & Law from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1999. In 2003, they obtained a degree in Culinary Arts from the Apicius International School of Hospitality.
