Heather Gillman Eisler

Heather Gillman Eisler has extensive experience in Human Resources, starting as a Recruiter at Liz Claiborne Inc. Heather then held roles at Macy's, including Regional Learning and Development Manager and HR Manager for Merchant Talent. Later, they worked at Fast Retailing as an HR Manager overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes. Most recently, they served as the Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Compass Group before becoming the Human Resources Director at Eataly.

Heather Gillman Eisler holds a B.A. in Communications/Public Relations from SUNY New Paltz and a Master of Professional Studies in Multicultural Higher Education Practices from the same institution. Additionally, they completed a semester abroad at the University of Technology Sydney, focusing on Communications.
