Karen Holyoke

Karen Holyoke is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in estate planning, estate administration, and corporate legal affairs. Currently a Shareholder at Eaton Peabody since March 2020, Karen specializes in advising clients on estate planning, business succession, tax planning, and assisting nonprofits and businesses with formation and transactions. Previous roles include Senior Counsel at Griffin & Jordan, LLC, and various leadership positions at Emera Maine and Bangor Hydro Electric Company, where responsibilities encompassed customer experience enhancement, legal oversight, and regulatory affairs. Karen's legal career began as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, following an educational background that includes a J.D. from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.
