Petra Carla Godoy

Petra Carla Godoy possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the HR Director for Corporate and Industrial Sector at Eaton since February 2010, after holding various roles including Regional Compensation and Benefits Manager and Human Resources Manager. Previously, Petra worked at Delphi from 1998 to February 2010 as a Human Resources Administrator, and at Iochpe Maxion from July 1992 to January 1995 as an HR Assistant focused on recruitment and selection. Academic credentials include a degree in Organizational Development and Human Resources from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, obtained between 2000 and 2002, and a degree in Psychology from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo, completed in 1996.
