Rangarajan Narayanan

Rangarajan Narayanan is a seasoned engineer with extensive expertise in power systems controls and electrification solutions, currently serving as a Senior Power Systems Controls Engineer at Eaton since August 2025. Prior to Eaton, Rangarajan held roles such as Staff Electrification Controls Engineer at BorgWarner Inc., where responsibilities included developing motor control solutions for battery-electric and hybrid powertrains, and Electronic Controls Technical/Product Specialist at Cummins Inc., focusing on embedded software and control tuning for powertrains.
