Diana Spalding Gahagen has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain and Culinary at PDQ Restaurants since June 2018. Throughout their career at PDQ, Gahagen has held several key positions, including Culinary Director, Supply Chain Manager, Senior Project Manager, Business Coordinator, Operating Director, and Manager. Prior to this role, Gahagen gained significant experience at Outback Steakhouse, where the position of Operations Assistant was held from August 2000 to August 2016.
