Brad Solomon

Brad Solomon is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various sous chef roles across several notable establishments. Currently serving as a Sous Chef at Eatzi's Market and Bakery since November 2021, Solomon has previously held similar positions at Princi Italia, State and Allen Kitchen/Bar, and Toulouse Cafe and Bar.
