Joe West brings extensive culinary experience spanning several decades in various prominent establishments. Currently serving as a cook at CenturyLink Field or First and Goal, and at Centerplate or Safeco Field, Joe has been engaged in food service since January 1996. Prior to this role, Joe worked as a Sous Chef at Space Needle, focusing on private catering. From January 1975 to January 1995, Joe held multiple kitchen positions, including Cook and Sous Chef, across notable venues such as Sizzler Family Steak House, Hilton Hotels, and Farmington Country Club in Charlottesville, Virginia. Additionally, Joe gained valuable experience as a Lead Cook at Westin Hotels & Resorts under Executive Chef John Hil during significant presidential terms. Educational pursuits include training at the University of Phoenix and various esteemed hospitality institutions from 1976 to 2001.
