Jeff Blesener joined E& B Natural Resources as a consultant in 2003 and as the Engineering Manager in 2005. He has over 40 years of petroleum engineering experience in California, Wyoming, Kansas, and the Gulf Coast. His current position is Chief Technical Officer and is responsible for corporate reserve reporting, acquisitions and divestitures, general engineering projects, and coordinating the activities of the five operating divisions within the company. He continues to lead the activities of the Mid-Continent Division.
Jeff has a Bachelors of Science Degree from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona and a Master of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southern California. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Petroleum Engineering in California, Kansas, and Wyoming. He is also a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
