Jeremy Shackle

Jeremy Shackle has had a varied career in the real estate industry. Jeremy began their professional career in 2003 as a Project Manager for River Run Properties LLC. In 2007, they became a Project Manager for Kirchert Pakonen Development Limitada, where they were Chief of Party in Costa Rica for a U.S.-based investment partnership. Theirresponsibilities included due diligence, entitlements, compliance, supply chain, project budgets, in-country marketing, and public relations. From 2011 to 2018, they worked for New American Funding, Bay Equity, et al. as an Originator, Real Estate Lending. Since 2018, they have been with EB5 Affiliate Network (EB5AN) as a Senior Associate + Head of Compliance, and previously held the roles of Senior Associate and Associate.

Jeremy Shackle completed a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Management from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst in 2018, as well as a Professional Certificate in Finance from UC San Diego in 2018.
