Elahe Ramezanpour, CSM®

Elahe Ramezanpour, CSM®, has a diverse work experience in project management. In 2019, as an IT Project Manager Intern at BJ's Wholesale Club, Elahe assisted in the Personalization Engine project by supporting daily scrums and sprint planning. Elahe also worked with project teams to prioritize backlog items using Jira.

From 2020 onwards, Elahe joined ebbo and took on the role of an Interactive Project Coordinator. In this position, they coordinated the development of websites, instant win games, SMS, and social campaigns for Fortune 500 clients. Elahe created project plans, conducted kick-off meetings to define project scope, and identified and prioritized project risks.

Later at ebbo, Elahe became a Digital Program Manager in 2021. Elahe became responsible for overseeing the digital project scope management, scheduling, budgeting, change management, communication, and risk management for Fortune 500 clients. Elahe liaised between internal and external stakeholders and facilitated progress by eliminating blocks.

Throughout their work experience, Elahe has demonstrated their ability to articulate technical concepts, strategize project execution, and lead projects from initiation to close.

Elahe Ramezanpour, CSM®, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Project Management from Northeastern University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2020. Prior to their postgraduate studies, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning at Tabari University of Babol, completing it from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, Elahe has obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in July 2022.
