Shatana Allen

Shatana Allen, MEd, PHR, currently serves as the Divisional Chief People & Culture Officer at Eberl Claims Service since June 2021. Prior to this role, Shatana held various positions in human resources, including Human Resources Director and Regional Human Resources Manager at Arrow Electronics from August 2015 to May 2021. Shatana's experience also includes serving as the Director of the Professional Standards Office - HR Investigation Unit at Dallas Independent School District from November 2014 to August 2015, and as the Director of Human Resources at ALCO Stores, Inc. from April 2012 to November 2014. Additionally, Shatana worked at Aurora Public Schools as a Human Resources Technician & Coordinator/Manager from August 2005 to April 2012. Shatana Allen earned a BA in Speech Communication - Media and an M.Ed in Human Resources - Organizational Performance and Change from Colorado State University.
