Silvia Imre

Silvia Imre has a robust background in human resources management, with extensive experience across multiple companies in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Global Head of HR Global Clients and Solutions and previously as the Global Head of HR Reinsurance Solutions, P&C BM, CIDO at Swiss Re, Silvia also held the position of Regional Head HR EMEA. Prior to Swiss Re, Silvia was the Head of HR Corporates & Markets at Erste Group and contributed to various HR initiatives as the Group Head of Competency and Performance Management. Earlier in their career, Silvia worked at UniCredit Bank Austria AG, Splitska banka, and Bank Austria AG in various roles, including Senior Expert in Group Human Resources and Consultant to the CEO. Silvia's educational achievements include a Magistra in Handelswissenschaften from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and further studies at Hult Ashridge.
