Matthias de Graaf

Matthias de Graaf is currently the Head of Global Warranty Management and Devision Compliance Officer at Eberspächer Group, where Matthias also serves as a member of the Compliance & Sustainability Committee. Prior to this role, Matthias held various positions at NSK, including Global Warranty Manager, Global Quality Process Manager, Key Account Manager Automotive Powertrain, Senior Project Manager Automotive Powertrain, and Project Manager Automotive Powertrain. Matthias also has experience in sales and quality engineering in the automotive industry. With a background in car mechanics and a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Matthias brings a diverse skill set to their current role.
