Christopher Downs

Christopher Downs is currently a Board Member at Esports Technologies. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (Interim) of InfuSystem from June 2011 to March 2018. From January 2007 to June 2011, they were the Vice President (Mergers and Acquisitions) at Maren Group.

Christopher Downs has a BS in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Christopher has an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School. Christopher has a Master's Degree in Accounting with a concentration in Information Systems from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Christopher is certified by the Association for Financial Professionals as a Certified Treasury Professional and a Certified Corporate FP&A Professional. Christopher is also certified by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant and by the State of Utah as a Certified Public Accountant.
