Heather Vaughan Joyner has extensive work experience in the field of emergency communications and management consulting. Heather currently serves as the Vice President of Community and 911 Operations at e-BodyGuard Corp. Prior to their current role, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at The PSAP Consulting Group, where they provided strategic leadership. Heather also worked as a Law/EMS/Fire Instructor at Halifax Community College and as a Management Consultant & Executive Educator at Stop Workplace Drama | Marlene Chism, Inc. In addition, they served as the Assistant 911 Director at Franklin County Emergency Communications and as the Director Of Communications at Halifax County E-911 Central Communications. Heather's experience spans over two decades and demonstrates their expertise in emergency response and management consulting fields.
