Farid Bouziad has extensive experience in client relations and technical coordination, currently serving as a Coordinateur technique et relation client at Matys Support Services and EBP Informatique since May 2019 and May 2018 respectively. Previously, from January 2011 to March 2018, Farid worked as a Coach formateur at Sage, focusing on client management and adaptation strategies tailored to meet specific client needs. Farid also held the position of Chargé de la qualité at SCT TELECOM from September 2007 to December 2010, where responsibilities included client relations and quality project management in a BtoB context. Farid holds a degree in Développement informatique from IZECSI (2008-2010) and a Deug in Économie de gestion from the Faculté des sciences de Rabat (2004-2006).
