Biljana Djakovic

Biljana Djakovic is the owner of Bana Art since February 2022, specializing in arts and crafts, including collage art, digital design, print-on-demand, AI art, and scrapbooking. Concurrently, Biljana serves as an Inside Sales Representative at EBV Elektronik since January 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Seller Support Team Lead at Sitel from June 2015 to January 2020, where responsibilities involved supervising a German-speaking team, implementing policies, analyzing performance, and mentoring. Earlier career positions include Seller Support Agent at Studio Oskar, Professor of German language, Account Manager at NOA, and Professor of German at Eurolingua, in addition to serving as a Bank Clerk at Agrobanka from March 2008 to March 2009. Biljana holds a degree from Filološki fakultet.
