April McBroom attended the University of Hartford from 2017 to 2023, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. April received the Dorthy Goodwin Scholarship for Children/Women in STEM from the University of Hartford in January 2023. In September 2021, they completed the AT&T Summer Learning Academy Externship. In addition, April achieved the Dean's Honors List at the University of Hartford in January 2018 and the President's Honors List in January 2021.
