Sushant Gaonkar has a comprehensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Sushant currently serves as the Director for IT Solutions & Delivery at EC-Council, where they are responsible for spearheading digital solutions, program delivery, and cybersecurity. Prior to this, Sushant was the Vice President and Practice Head for Digital Transformation & Service Delivery at Athena Global Technologies Ltd, where they led the Robotic Process & Cognitive Automation and Digital Transformation practices. Sushant also worked as the COO and Service Delivery Head at Quadrant Systems, overseeing business operations and strategy implementation. Earlier in their career, Sushant held managerial positions at Deloitte U.S. India offices, VistaPrint in Boston, USA, and Xerox Corporation in Rochester, USA. Overall, their work experience spans across a diverse range of sectors and responsibilities.

Sushant Gaonkar has a strong educational background in the field of engineering and business. Sushant holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka. Sushant further pursued their studies at Cornell University, where they obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Systems Engineering. Sushant's education journey continued at the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, where they earned an MBA with a focus on Marketing and Strategy.
