Swapnil Kapse

Swapnil Kapse began their career as a Research Analyst at QED Enabled Services Private Limited from May 2013 to September 2015. In this role, they mapped global markets, captured market intelligence, and generated leads for clients. Swapnil also provided strategic consulting and developed business plans and sales strategies.

From September 2015 to May 2017, Swapnil worked as a Sales Marketing Manager at Sun Flag Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. Their responsibilities included preparing sales and production reports, bringing in orders from customers, and following up on payment statuses.

Following this, Swapnil joined Skilhat Bizsol as a Business Development Manager from May 2017 to August 2021. Here, they closed new business deals by qualifying opportunities, consulting with prospects to determine the best solutions for their needs, and collaborating with marketing teams for outbound contact and prospecting campaigns.

Currently, Swapnil serves as an Assistant Manager-Channel Sales (Africa) at EC-Council since August 2021. In this role, they identify new markets and partners within the defined territory, as well as potential enterprise, government, and academia business opportunities. Swapnil also closes deals directly.

Swapnil Kapse completed their education as follows: Swapnil attended the International Indian School Al-Jubail in Saudi Arabia from 1991 to 2007, where they completed their KG through Class 11th. In 2007-2008, they studied at Nagpur University, completing their Class 12th with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science. From 2008 to 2011, Swapnil attended Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Management Studies & Research, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Finally, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management at Sinhgad Institute Of Management.
