Kelvin Fu

Kelvin Fu has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with their most recent position being the Head of Medical Business Development at EC Healthcare. Prior to this, they worked at Raffles Medical Group as the Deputy General Manager. In their role at Cigna Hong Kong, Kelvin served as the Head of Network, where they managed provider negotiation and contracting efforts, utilized data analytics to identify cost containment opportunities, and provided expertise on agreements and pricing. Kelvin also held positions at AXA, Mercer, Bupa, Quality Healthcare Medical Services, Aetna, AIG, and HSBC Insurance, where they gained experience in network management, health services consulting, account management, and regional management. Kelvin's work experience spans over 15 years, showcasing their expertise and leadership in the healthcare industry.

Kelvin Fu completed their education with a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in 2000 from The University of Hong Kong. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Food and Nutrition from the same university, graduating in 1997. Before attending university, Kelvin attended St. Stephen's College in Stanley from 1992 to 1994. Kelvin also completed their high school education at Shanghai High School from 1986 to 1990.
