Leon Lim

Senior Director, Business Development, SEA at EC Innovations, Inc.

Leon Lim has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Leon began their career at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore, where they served as a System Specialist for six years. During this time, they operated complex military equipment and led process improvement initiatives.

Afterward, Leon joined Citi as a Sales Officer for a year, before transitioning to Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. At Kingsmen Creatives, they held various roles including Operations Executive, Executive in Account Service, and Team Manager in Account Service.

In 2013, Leon joined Cartus as a Key Account Manager and later became a Client Services Manager for the APAC region. In these roles, they managed client relationships, increased revenue, and oversaw the delivery of global mobility programs.

In 2019, Leon moved to LexisNexis, where they initially worked as a Business Development Manager and was later promoted to Key Enterprise Manager. Leon'sresponsibilities included selling subscription-based legal content and compliance solutions, expanding the company's presence, and implementing strategic market identification.

Currently, Leon is employed at EC Innovations, Inc. as a Director of Business Development, where their role involves expanding the company's presence in the Asia Pacific region through strategic partnerships and leading the Business Development team. Ultimately, Leon Lim has gained significant expertise in business development, account management, and strategic partnerships throughout their career.

Leon Lim received a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Design from Curtin University from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Intelligent Building Technology from Temasek Polytechnic from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications on various topics such as sales, time management, and customer service techniques from LinkedIn.
